Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(2)(a)(b): At the time of the site visit there was shaving cream on a low shelf in a storage cabinet that partially open and accessible to the children; Febreze and hand sanitizer in the staff bathroom off from the pre-k rooms (with the door open and items on a low shelf); glass cleaner/bathroom cleaner spray; bleach water solution low enough to be accessible to the children in the pre-k room and the preschool room as well as the toddler room. WAC 110-300-0260(1)(b): At the time of the site visit there were a multiple storage rooms throughout the classrooms that were accessible to the children with one in the preschool room with an wide open bag of potting soil; others with stackable items that could be a falling hazard and items such as shaving cream; plastic garbage bags; etc.
